The residential line for building contractors is custom designed.  It will utilize every inch available in your floor plan.  A good kitchen plan will enhance your project and add dollars to its’ value.  Our unique closet systems replace the wire shelving and the out dated wooden poles and shelves.  We custom design for space, convenience, quality and price. 

 

The commercial line of cabinets are designed to meet the required commercial code.  This is found in hotels, restaurants, assisted living housing and many other situations.  Kitchen & Closet Showcase is equipped to offer this grade of cabinets with all the design qualities found in our residential lines. 

 

Component cabinets are somewhat new on the market and many contractors have not yet been exposed to this kind of production.  Our component line offers the contractor the ability to overlap his job profits. When the contractor orders component cabinets, they will come flat, ready to assemble.  The finish may or may not be applied.  This allows the contractor an opportunity to create more profit on his end by constructing, installing and possibly finishing the cabinets for his project.

Sometimes the cabinets are installed prior to stain and varnish to the doors and outside cabinets.  This allows the exterior cabinets to be finished at the same time and with the same product as the other trim of the house or project.

Buying as a component allows the contractor control over the whole project.  The many deadlines and delays can reek havoc with the final weeks of construction.  The assembly of the product will be overseen by the contractor.  Sometimes the assembly of the project is better done at the job site due to problems such as small door ways or other obstacles.
